How often can I apply the pain cream ? 

Twice a day.  Best to apply once in the morning and once at night or at bedtime. 

I get muscle craps after workouts.  Can I apply it after a work out ?

Yes.  But the cream is not designed specifically for exercise recovery. You should focus on other methods of recovery or muscle craps after exercise such as stretching fluid hydration.

I have nerve pain going down my leg.  Will it work if I apply ?

Generally, the pain cream is designed to treat symptoms of deep muscle pain, spasms, or joint pain such as the shoulder or knee.  If you are experiencing nerve pain, you should have it evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon, pain doctor, or spine surgeon. 

My grandparent is over 80 years old.  Is it safe for her to use ? 

Yes.  As we get older, it is better to apply less of the cream than if you were in your 20’s.  Applying about an index finger-sized amount of the cream should be enough to treat symptoms of an elderly person.

My daughter is a competitive soccer player and often getsknee pain after each game.  She is14.  Is it ok for her to use. 

Yes.  If your daughter notices an improvement from the cream use, then her pain is likely a post-game inflammatory, which is often seen.  If her pain is not improved after the use, then an evaluation from an orthopaedic surgeon may be necessary.

I got into an accident yesterday and I woke with a verystiff neck/back.  Is it ok to use afteran accident ?

Yes.  It is intended for such occasions as an injury from a car accident.
